Return & Exchange Policy

At Oud Kalakasi, we are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction at all times.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return fragrances in accordance with the following Policy :

Perfumes may be returned within 3 days of the purchase date or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date.

The product must be in its original condition and unopened.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.
The original purchase receipt or proof of payment must be provided.

Perfumes that have been opened or used.
Oud wood, oud oil (Dehn Al Oud), musk, and blended fragrance products are not eligible for return.
Gift bags that have been partially used are not eligible for return.
Partially used products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be exchanged for the same item only.
Exchanging a product for a different product is not available. Customers may return the original product (subject to the policy) and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Refund processing may take between 3 to 7 business days, and in some cases may take up to 14 business days.
